1. The service and current status
AutoMusts is a decision-support and educational tool for choosing a vehicle. It is not a dealer, lender, insurer, insurance agency, broker, appraiser, or financial adviser. This Phase 0 release is a frontend-only preview: there are no accounts, no submissions, and no stored data. These terms are a draft and are not yet binding.
2. Eligibility and accounts (planned)
Reserved for minimum age, account registration, credential security, and account termination.
3. Decision spaces and invitation responsibility (planned)
Reserved for the rules covering shared decision spaces, who may be invited, and the responsibility of the person sending an invitation.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct (planned)
Reserved. The community guidelines describe the conduct rules in more detail.
5. User content licence, ownership, moderation, reporting, removal, and repeat infringers (planned)
Reserved for content ownership, the licence you grant when you publish, how content is moderated and removed, how to report content, and how repeat infringement is handled.
6. Review integrity
Fake reviews, review manipulation, coordinated rating campaigns, and incentives conditioned on the sentiment of a review will be prohibited.
7. Vehicle data and price limitations
Specifications, safety information, recalls, prices, taxes, fees, incentives, and availability change frequently and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify anything that matters directly with the seller and the relevant authority before you buy.
8. Third parties, data providers, dealers, insurers, advertisers, and affiliates
Links and placements may lead to third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. AutoMusts does not control them and is not responsible for their content, products, or services.
9. Sponsored content independence
Sponsored placements are labelled where they appear and never influence organic matches, match scores, favorites, community scores, or price assessments.
10. Intellectual property (planned)
Reserved for ownership of the AutoMusts brand, software, and content, and the limited licence granted to users.
11. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, termination, governing law, disputes, changes, and contact (planned)
Reserved. Counsel will supply this language, including the governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms, before the service becomes operational.
