Community guidelines
The rules for reviews, posts, and discussion on AutoMusts.
- Effective date:
- Not yet effective - Phase 0 draft
- Last updated:
- August 26, 2026
1. Status
Community features are not live in this Phase 0 preview. Nothing can be posted, reported, or moderated yet. These rules describe how the community will be run when it opens.
2. What is not allowed
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, and incitement.
- Doxxing or disclosing another person's private information.
- Impersonating a person, dealer, brand, or member of staff.
- Spam and undisclosed commercial promotion.
- Fake reviews, manipulated ratings, and coordinated rating campaigns.
- Uploading copyrighted material without permission.
- Encouraging dangerous or illegal driving.
3. Reporting
Every post and review will carry a report control. Reports go to the moderation queue with the reporting member's identity kept private from the reported member.
4. Moderation
Moderators can remove content, hide threads, and restrict accounts that break these rules. Moderation access covers community content only: it never grants access to private decision spaces, priorities, favorites, or product feedback.
5. Appeals and repeat offenders
Members will be told what was removed and why, and will be able to appeal. Repeated or severe violations lead to longer restrictions and, ultimately, account removal. We do not publish a response-time commitment we cannot yet meet.
